Shipping/Delivery Information
What days do you deliver on?
Our shipping partners deliver Monday to Saturday. Some packages shipped might be delivered on Sunday depending on the shipping carrier selected.
My order has shipped, where can I track it?
You can view all recent and shipped orders by opening the main chat menu and entering your order details in the "order status" section. Simply select the order you would like to view from the order list once your details have been entered.
How come I don’t see any updates on my tracking information?
Don’t stress! If your tracking information says “Label Processed,” that means we’re busy getting your order prepared to ship. Orders are usually processed and shipped within one to two business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all purchases for orders within Canada above a certain total value. Orders below this threshold are charged shipping rates depending on the product and location.
Shipping to any international destination will come at an additional cost. You can see specific shipping charges during checkout
When exactly will I receive my order?
For standard shipping in the within Canada, between 2–5 business days once your order has been processed. 3–10 days for international locations. Expedited shipping can arrive as soon as the next day. If your order has already shipped, you can track you order by opening our Chat and entering your order details in the "order status" section.
The above shipping standards apply to when product has been shipped. Any items on backorder contain estimated ship dates in the future, and therefore will see the above timelines once the product has been restocked and shipped out. Please refer to your order confirmation or the product page for estimated backorder dates.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
