How quickly will my order be shipped?

All orders are usually processed within 1 business day and takes about 2 to 7 business days to deliver depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

I placed my order but haven’t received my confirmation email. What next?

If you haven't received a confirmation within a few hours of placing your order, check your spam or junk folders, or reach out to us at help@smylzlifestyle.com or through the WhatsApp chat on the website.

The product I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

While we can’t promise a color will come back in stock, we do restock many of our core colors. Our product pages will give you an estimation of when orders will ship next. You also have an option for pre-order on select product.

Do I need to pay tax on my order?

Canada's laws require us to charge sales tax (HST) to addresses within most of the country. If your province requires it, you’ll see HST added at checkout.

When will i be charged for my order?

Payment is collected as soon as you press the "Pay Now" button in checkout to confirm your order. In the case of a pre-order, just the first installment of the two will be taken immediately, with the remaining installment due one week before delivery.
